Mein Kollege Christian Gr\u00e4ff, MdA hat gemeinsam mit meinen Kolleginnen Lisa Knack, MdA, Lilia Usik, MdA und mir die zust\u00e4ndige Senatorin f\u00fcr Verkehr, Dr. Manja Schreiner zu einer Informationsveranstaltung in das Theater am Park eingeladen. Die Senatsverwaltung wird sich im September oder Oktober noch einmal mit Details und den konkreten Planungen an die \u00d6ffentlichkeit und die Anwohner wenden. Hierzu soll es auch eine Pr\u00e4sentation geben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das Planfeststellungsverfahren wird ca. 1,5 &#8211; 2 Jahre in Anspruch nehmen und nach dem Abschluss des Verfahrens wird eine Genehmigung vorliegen und somit auch die rechtliche Grundlage f\u00fcr das Vorhaben. Man wird parallel zum Planfeststellungsverfahren weitere vorbereitende Ma\u00dfnahmen vornehmen, damit der Bau beschleunigt wird. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Es wird f\u00fcr den Bau eine Abholzung von Waldfl\u00e4chen geben, eine Ersatzpflanzung an anderer Stelle ist aber vorgesehen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ein 4m breiter Radweg wird mit errichtet, dazu kommt ein 2,4 m breiter Gehweg. Ebenso wird auch nicht auf die Nahverkehrstangente verzichtet, deren Planung jetzt unter der Leitung der Senatorin st\u00e4rker vorangetrieben wird. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Der Bund wird einen Gro\u00dfteil der Baukosten tragen, die bisherigen Planungen sind schon aus GRW-Mitteln finanziert worden. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Bauzeit wird nach Abschluss des Planfeststellungsverfahrens weitere 6 &#8211; 7 Jahre in Anspruch nehmen. Dies h\u00e4ngt aber damit zusammen, dass man Abschnittsweise bauen wird und dementsprechend auch phasenweise, europaweite Ausschreibungen vornehmen wird. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>An dieser Stelle m\u00f6chte ich auch noch einmal betonen, dass sich die aktuelle Regierung unter F\u00fchrung der CDU klar im Koalitionsvertrag f\u00fcr den Bau und die Notwendigkeit der TVO ausgesprochen hat. Deshalb wird diese auch mit der n\u00f6tigten Priorit\u00e4t angegangen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
